No one should die from triple-negative breast cancer because of their social or economic conditions.

Welcome to the most ambitious national campaign and community-driven education program dedicated to educating and empowering 1 million people about the importance of clinical trials. Our mission is to drive representation and access to breast cancer trials, ensuring all communities have access to cutting-edge treatments and equitable care. Together with BMS we are increasing awareness and access to triple-negative breast cancer trials in communities often underrepresented in clinical trials and with the highest disparities.

We do not take this lightly. The medical community has known about the disparities in triple-negative breast cancer for decades—particularly among young women, women of color, and those in underserved communities. The causes are systemic, social, and medical, and they demand long-term, community-centered solutions.

A lack of simple solutions has led to insufficient action. The status quo is unacceptable, and it ends now. It’s time to make triple-negative breast cancer too big to ignore.

Why these disparities persist:

  • Systemic barriers in healthcare, including implicit bias and lack of provider diversity, often lead to delayed diagnosis or mismanagement.
  • Socioeconomic inequities — such as underinsurance, lack of transportation, and geographic isolation — limit access to screenings, specialists, and clinical trials.
  • Research gaps mean that TNBC remains underfunded and underrepresented in clinical studies, especially for women of color.
  • Psychosocial and cultural factors, including medical mistrust and stigma, further impact participation in prevention and treatment programs.

The result:

Too many women are dying not because of the cancer itself, but because of inequity — inequity in awareness, access, and action.
